Try this salad from the North East region of Thailand. This is a Isaan salad called Laap Bplaa Duk. So good and this version is super delicious. A must try whenever at a Isaan restaurant in Thailand. The place is on Soi 94 in Hua Hin called เจ้วรรณ ตำป่า

My absolute favorite too up at Apple's family farm up by Nakan Sawan. It takes quite a bit of labor, from the time the kids go catch the fish, to all the prep of ingredients and chopping and mixing, totally worth the wait. A few Leos and music adds to the drama of actually plating the final result. Good on ya!
