3ヶ月で形になってるだけだよね。所詮は真似っこ。魚捌いて握るだけなら誰でも3ヶ月でできるのは当然。10年修行した人は細かいテクニックや美味しい調理法、市場での魚の目利きなど全てが一流。一つ一つの細かいズレが大きなズレとなる。

@@toukaikidsさん、それおにぎりじゃないですか？寿司で重要なのは「シャリ」です。ネタにピッタリ合ったシャリを作るのには年単位の修業が必要です。ですからこの寿司屋さんは間違いなく美味しいでしょう。シャリへの拘りと言いますか寿司屋としては当然の話をされていて、常連さんは毎度同じ味の寿司が食べれるので、高いお代を払っても喜んで通うでしょうね。

手際がスピーディーで素晴らしいですカツオはコンロの直火で焼き（氷水に浸けずに）そのまま放置が一番美味しいですよね　　　　ほんとお寿司が綺麗です🌠

素晴らしいお寿司屋さんでした✨✨✨✨ 9:26～皆でシャリの炊き上がり加減をチェックして粘りが多いです切る回数少なくしてプロでさえ毎回厳重に確認して寿司の命でもあるシャリの粘りを厳重に管理するいやぁ納得させられますね素人のシャリは炊き上がった段階でそーゆー事を考えていません絶対指にシャリがべっとりつくんですよね… このシーンはプロでも油断するとシャリに粘りが出て指にくっつくよとゆう事を物語っている1コマですね凄く丁寧に仕事をされていてお客様への思いが伝わります✨✨✨✨ 白子の茶碗蒸しも初めて見ました斬新でした✨ 寿司も良くその他の色んな1品料理も素晴らしく何より寿司を作っている職人様達の人柄も良かったです✨✨✨✨ 寿司は料理だけではなく、握る職人の人柄や雰囲気が第一印象で自分が生理的に拒絶しないか　好感が持てるかで決まります私はそうです！特にお寿司屋さんに初めて入店する時は上記以外にもそこのお店の人と相性が合うか等も重要です傲慢な横柄な主の寿司屋へは絶対に行きたく無いですからね… 近ければ通いたいお店でした✨✨✨✨

Travel to many country and eat theirs sushi , never have the same as good as just an average sushi in Japan . Sushi in japan is very special . I gave up only eat sushi when I visit japan .

I went to Japan last 2007 😱😱😱😱💖💖💖wow I was amazed besides their delicious food super spick and span everywhere💖👍👍👍👍very polite discipinary people and I salutu the Japanese people👏👏👏👏 Arigato for your hospitality and one of the best unforgettable memories I experienced for 38 days staying♥️.Hope to visit Japan again in the future💖💖💖💖💖plus there were some stores you just put the exact price to their jars for the things or food you wanted to buy👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏💖💖💖💖💖
