Deathmetal is pretty cool. One of my favorite albums to listen to. I even bought a CD of it. Panchiko released a finished song from one of their demos, "Until I Know," which has been a banger in my opinion. I hope they drop another album soon.

My mispronunciation of Slowdive's "Souvlaki" wasn't due to poor English/speaking skills or lack of desire to do a double take when I get words wrong but instead a symbol of how much I hate Greece and their food

I've already know Panchiko DEATHMETAL like in 2020 too, but i never try to listen because like... i think was like really deathmetal despite the cover being a anime drawing, i never tried to listen cause im not really into deathmetal ... boy ... i was so fucking clueless ...

Panchiko is maybe a little overrated, but their story is so cool and they honestly were doing some pretty fresh stuff for a bunch of teenagers just fucking around. Yes it’s a lil derivative of OK Computer, but it uses that inspiration as interesting creative fuel rather than just trying to copy Radiohead’s homework. Idk, overall I think they deserve the hype considering how things have turned out for them. I’m seeing them tonight, and I’m really curious to see how these middle aged dudes will translate their angsty teenage songs to a live performance.
