About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.

I agree with another comment, that the shelf between you both looks dangerous especially if you hit bumps or if you are four wheel driving.

Guys please remove that shelf before you drive the car again if you have a side on accident it will kill someone. Sorry I hate to be a negative dude but seriously it is extremely dangerous. It was was very clear when Megan showed how close it was to the side of her head.

You need to put carpet under the mattress. This will stop the mould. The carpet need to be cools so the air can flow through it for some sort of Matt with holes.

Please remove the shelf near your head rests its a safety issue 🙏. A side collision or accident with an animal on the dirt roads could cause you to hit your head or temple on it causing injury or worse😢. Car accidents are violent and anything in the cabin that compromises the zones around the passengers is dangerous. Take Care and welcome back.

Welcome back. To be honest I was disappointed when you left overseas. But as a OG of your chanel I'm so happy to see you back. Please do yourself a flavour & remove that shelf in between the seats I'd hate to think what would happen if you had a side impact crash. Love your new rig👍.

Hi Guys. Great to see you back on the road again. You're lucky to get such a good buy with the car. I don't like offering advice but having been in a rollover accident I reckon you definitely need to do something about that shelf. Great idea but if you can hit you're head on it it could do some serious damage. Anyway sorry you're Asian trip didn't work out as planned but enjoy you're sprint to the Tip and Back. It will give you ideas if you ever get the chance to spend more time on another trip.

Black mould is definitely a hazard to your health and you cannot remove it from porous materials. I've had to throw out expensive Burke and Wills swags and foam from top end trips. It can cause harm to your lungs. I'd suggest replacing it as soon as practicable.

You guys draw people In because your so happy and positive. Always check second hand gear from mould iv been sick from mould for three years don’t clean it with bleach and find the source of the wetness happy travels

Pre 2012 have leaky injector washers , if it’s done over 250k , it might pay to get them replaced, a way of pressurising the rear canopy might help keeping the dust out 🤠

Isn't it great that you have the flexibility to change plans? That is what life is about, just go with the flow. Everything is an experience. Looking forward to Cape York as we couldn't travel there for as far as Daintree which is a beautiful area. Did the croc tour which was fabulous and saw Crocs but the dear little Kingfisher bird was my favourite. Enjoy and safe travels.

We have a kings rooftop exactly the same and it’s great, we leave all our bedding including the pillows. There is a knack to closing it. You will love it. 😃

Have fun travelling to Cape York - great trip idea! We were there in June and it was faster than we planned as there is not much to see in between stops on the way. Also a bit hard to take detours as lands around full of dingoes and crocodiles! PDR was in good condition and Fruit Bat and Elliot Falls fantastic to stop and have a swim. Have a great trip - looking forward to seeing your version of it!

Enjoy the cape guys. We were there about a month ago. The roads were great with all the graders around. There were about 4 different spots, where the corrugations were like a highway and the rest were terrible. Great balance for your adventures. Do a grocery shop before you leave Cairns to save money. Look forward to your next adventure update. Keep smiling

Cairns to the Cape & back. And then to Perth in 2 weeks... WOW that's gunna be very rushed. Even if u take the short cut thru the centre. Not to mention the time of yr. You're getting into the wet season up there. And the wet is huge.

You talk about your plans not working out as it being a bad thing- but from watching you guys what I see is that if your plans don’t “work out” you have a brilliant way of staying positive & finding the solution- so it’s not so much about your plans not working out, but rather your plans being a starting point, which you refine or reframe & you always get to what is the right thing for yourselves in the end! I love your positivity & the way you do manage to refine or reframe every challenge!! I now don’t want to wait for your next video- I want it now!! 😂😂😂
