Visited there (the old O. Z. Tyler facility in Owensboro, KY) in the Summer of 21, since it's close to my parents and I basically grew up nearby. Neat place despite being kinda "off the trail" for most folks doing a tour. I knew from testing their younger stuff they had great potential.

I picked this up a few weeks ago. Cracked it along side a Liquor Barn single barrel pick that was 2 proof points higher. The pick blows it out of the water. Similar notes but just bolder and deeper flavor. The color is vastly different too. Unfortunately it really makes the regular full proof take a big hit but still a solid pour considering today's market

45.99 in MD and really good. Kind of limited with most stores getting maybe 2 cases. Bardstown being behind them is huge given Bardstown's success.

Meier had these sitting last year, felt like I was the only one snagging them. They were 68 I believe, sounds like the new version price has dropped. The one thing I don’t understand is the horseshoe on the bottom you only see if the bottle is stored improperly. Have seen old bottles of GR they don’t have the horseshoe.

Going to have to let this open up a bit. Wasn't a fan of the neck pour. Had a medicinal finish note to it, just like a single barrel of Green River I bought had.
