I am also a Tech KZfaqr with a tiny channel that used to get me down at times to but i have learned one very important thing with KZfaq and that is to NEVER GIVE UP. Your making content that people enjoy watching, your putting a smile on there face, your inspiring them and thats why they subscribe to you and thats what KZfaq is all about. It's because you seem to have a laid back and well-informed approach as well as measured enthusiasm for tech. I and I believe many people have a slight distrust for over-hype or over-negativity. Neither of which really gives a prospective consumer a real birdseye view of what they might be considering. I find that you hit the right chord on presenting the ups and downs of the various technologies. I'm sure mileage will vary but for me, it's my reason

I support your choice to present what you want to and be as honest as always. I know what it's like to take on more than I should but most of us who do that, are highly motivated and well organized but we also tend to not realize the clock or calendar when we set our goals a bit too high. "Never give up, never surrender", lol. I'm glad that you've chosen to follow the "critical path" and keep us all well informed. Your skills are far beyond those needed to open up boxes.

Brian, we keep coming back to the channel because you're down to earth and you present products in a way that makes us feel like we can automate our homes without any issues. That we can make smart choices based on the honest reviews and tutorials that you present. Plus you genuinely seem like the type of guy we could sit with and enjoy a cold one and chat about anything and nothing. Hope you had a great Christmas with your little guy.

If okay if you don't get why we come watch you. For me, you don't put on a show. You tell us things about products that you some how know that we would want to know. And you help me automate my life. Isn't that what you are about? You need not justify or change anything, as far as I am concerned. There's lots of people that do what you do. But I think of you as the top best and I let those others slowly fade away. I listen to what you say. I've learned in my now several years of smart home growing, is no one single manufacturer's products do what I want. It takes a mix, it takes layers, and still I don't always get what I want, but close. What you do is help. You show me the good and the bad in products you discuss. I can decide what I want to try. And sometimes, I try and it doesn't work. But you have usually warned me what to expect so, I a better understanding. AND I surely thoroughly appreciate it.
