55:38 It's called "Destinasia". Recently read a paper that said they noticed that when people cross a "barrier", they will forget what they were going there to do/grab. Most of the time the barrier is going through a doorway. So "I need to go grab that pen in the other room to write down this note" goes into walking through the doorway to the other room, followed by "what was I coming in here to grab?", into finally walking back into the first room and seeing the pad of paper and saying "OH, a pen, why am I so dumb?" I've actually started beating this recently by reminding myself before the doorway. And - even when I still forget - I can actually remember without having to go back and hope I can see the thing to initiate the thought again.

I make cheesecake carrot cake brownies that KILL. Layer of carrot cake brownies (just carrot cake but with the consistency of brownies, thanks melted butter and butterscotch chips) then a layer of cheesecake on top. Unbelievably good, and a dessert that says "cake" twice but lacks any cake is delightful to me.
