I found your channel a month ago when I was looking in to buying a 2015 Forester. Your XT is so badass that I wanted one sooo bad, until I head about the CVT. Instead I got a Metallic orange 2017 Seat Ateca 2.0 DTI 190hp and it will be deliver next week :) :) :) . I wish I was able to afford the Ateca cupra 300hp. I really like your videos because you are such a dork and deliver great content. Even thought I dint got the XT, I will keep watching your channel and watch you enjoy yours.

I really like how you edit in the specs in the garage and spilt the review . Well done and no one else I've seen does it. I've been a car guy for 30 years and I don't know that engine stuff you where talking about,good stuff, good info. Well done reviews keep them up . Your face says more than any accelerometer could! Another great review, and yeah, Acura's LEDs are pretty damn good! Do you know if that one had Acura's new-ish mag-ride suspension? Curious to know if they got it right this time, it was kind of a sloppy system in the older MDXs, before they switched that to a variable valve setup.

This car definitely looks well thought out in the mechanics department for a modern car. I like how they put all the most likely to fail engine parts were it’s easier to access them for removal

Drove an RDX last week while my TL was getting maintenance. Very nice. I didn't care for the turbo lag but nice. Last year I test drove a Forester with CVT. Stepping on the gas was like stepping on a marshmallow. Merging onto a highway with an 18 wheeler bearing down on you was like the marshmallow of death. Not CVT for me.

Hey Sarah, tks for the great review! You did not mention whether the K20C4 is direct injection? Lots of concern about carbon deposits on intake valves on the direct injection engines. Any thoughts on this?

I could never go to gappabees. My 2.5 vw bug only has a soft shell taco without the beans.

I had a 2007 RDX tech back in 2007 and it was quite good. I’m sure the new one rocks. Hondata already has a flash tune for it. I’m sure these will get lots of aftermarket support. The definitely nailed the style. Maybe they’ll make a special model with a manual 6 speed.

Loved the review!!! Just like you I am a girl with a Forester XT Touring, it’s my 2nd one infact, and when Subaru took away the XT I screamed NOOOOOOOOOO!!! I’m heartbroken to leave my subi but I am a leaser not a buyer so after a few test drives of its German competitors I am going for the Aspec!! I totally agree with you the Acura has way less “sling shot” sensation than the XT despite higher HP stats, but in its place is a softer more comfortable feel (keep in mind I am a lunatic about my XT and don’t have a single complaint about that car, I love it like a child), but as I get older I am actually excited about a compromise towards a more mature luxury sensation without needing to give up my fun sporty “leave everyone at the line at green lights” side. As a fellow XT girl do you have any others crossovers you think I’d enjoy? Got 3 more months of test driving and then it’s new car time :) #BewareOfBeans

My 05 MDX still runs great. Has 140,000 and that 3.5L VTEC will run forever I swear. I have kept the rust off it in Ohio. I would probably pick up the previous gen RDX though because it is naturally aspirated.

Great review! Cool car but I don’t get the giant grill and emblem trend! Saw lots of them at the last auto show. Nice interior and you can never have enough ice and chicken storage🐓!!! You’re reviews are fun enough to make me watch them even when I’m not interested in the car you’re reviewing! I think the problem with Subaru is they’re selling so many cars they just don’t care . They should also make a turbo cross trek , an STI version would sell like crazy but they won’t go through the trouble because they already sell so many now.

Do you ever ride out west of Tucson out Ajo way and up to Kitt Peak? That might be a good area to get some footage. Or around the desert Monument just west of Tucson out ajo way.? Great video as always I love to see the area around Tucson I miss it many times.

Big cylinder high rev explosive power with many gears is great i like it i would back this technology. You would really have to put through its paces on its track line to see it come alive though. I wonder if you could build a race track out there and cut it off from traffic for a bit.?

I must be in the minority because I’ve never liked the LED array Honda uses. I still prefer a single lense type LED for headlights. It does get windy there, huh? We know you did all you could to suppress the wind noise. 😉 Keep the vids coming!
