Sir eniku ഇടത്തെ ഷോൾഡർ പെയിൻ ആണ് ഇടത്തെ കയ്യ് പൊങ്ങില്ല പുറകിലോട്ട് വരില്ല എന്തു ട്രീറ്റ്‌ മെന്റെ ചെയ്താൽ മാറും കുറെ നാളായി ഒരു കുറവും ഇല്ല

Doctor, it's been six or seven years since my shoulder pain started. When the arm is raised, it feels locked and a sound comes through. Then the bone at the back of the shoulder protrudes like a lump.
