The defendant admits he and the plaintiff got into a fight and he threw the phone, but he insists he shouldn’t have to pay just because he got drunk during the trip.

This tells me the defendant is a violent drunk and he is abusive. If you can’t handle your liquor, don’t drink.

Out of all of the cases for her NOT to go off on!! Drunk driving, slurs, physical abuse!! Where's the read down?? She gets more upset when poor people have nice things 🙄

The defendant is horrible. Why wasn’t him assaulting her talked about more. And who cares that they left him on the road. He was driving drunk and could’ve killed them. Luckily he pulled over smh.

I really REALLY don't like how Judge Milian handles cases like this. She just heard a grown man who was DRUNK DRIVING punched a woman IN THE FACE and her first comments are "did you really leave them on the side of the road?" ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS??? I'm not gonna say why I think that is but I do think there's a reason.

He clearly has anger issues and needs to seek help immediately. There's no reason to destroy someone else's belongings because you're angry and can't control your anger.💯🙄
