Love your video and I totally get the feeling that your video is communicating! I totally agree with you about the fact that we can choose to be grateful and content about when things go well. I have definitely been guilty of pursuing goals and once I've reached then I used to think "so, what's next". Taking a minute to be grateful for my accomplishments and see how far I have come really helped me feel worthy and more self-confident :)
