I genuinely think the biggest reason why we struggle to accept being happy is that, as humans, we are built to solve problems. So when we are happy and it feels like everything is going good, we go out and search for things that aren't so good, so that we can solve them. I guess it's just a matter of finding the right problems to solve, which is easier said than done. Thanks for sharing this, Ali :)

I love that you share how you're using your resources to support your health and celebrate your wins, Ali! As anyone with chronic health struggles will tell you, if you don't have your health, everything else in your life suffers, so it's the best use of your time and money to keep your health in as good of shape as possible. That's not coming across to me as bragging or whatever at all. That's putting your resources where it will actually benefit your life the most, which I think a lot of people struggle to do at whatever income level they're at.

Omg, this was really good fun, thanks for sharing Ali! A few things came to ming while watching: 1. first of all awesome to see you all playing games in the evenings like very old friends! 2. I really want to say to Ali in terms of worry about future etc: be easier on yourself, take good mental care, it's OK to worry, think all these negative things, don't be too harsh on yourself. You are human and a very nice one ;-) 3. Love Turkey, always a great villa/hotel/retreat is next door to a construction-messy-chaos site! 4. Your singing is really good, good fun! 5. I wonder how hard it is to be a "manager/CEO" to all these people, instead of being a "friend", it's important.

Hey Ali, I’m a 4th-year medical student and have been following you for years. Your content has been incredibly inspiring and has sparked my interest in starting a side business. I recently started reading Noah Kagans book and it's given me a lot of ideas and motivation. However, I'm curious to know if you have any stories of your viewers or followers who have successfully built their own businesses while still working or studying. This reminds me of the old Taoism wisdom, the art of not forcing. The idea is you don't force the result to happen the way you wanna it. You try your best and accept any result. Kinda like stoicism. I've made a video on this, in case anyone is interested.

During this time, I have noted some differences between your old and new videos: 1. Earlier, you used to write on paper with a marker; now, video editor does it in editing . 2. 9:38 you solved the fitness problem with a personal trainer. And not with a general life productivity course, which gives general advice but not specific technical advice. That’s why I think your general productivity courses are not bringing real solutions to technical problems.^^
