I'm a Sales Ops Manager for a SaaS company but in previous sales ops roles I have been a "dumpster" if you will for unwanted work from other departments. The closing statement made in this video is word for word true on how companies under utilize Sales Ops and kick them to the curb. The biggest struggle I'm seeing is how to confront senior management of what they are doing and having them actually "see the light" Well done video!!!
