I actually use that illustration almost daily, to help the homeowner understand how professionals operate. It’s a great selling point. I’d highly recommend using it.

People are always over profits here at super blast and it goes a long way every time. this is why I am so busy all the time, my people over profits have gotten me a lot of new customers. And I keep 90% of all my customers. Great video Mike as always. Get after it.

“What would Mike do”😁 when people say they just want the soffit, gutter face and windows done (not the brick)… they are probably expecting a lil lower price but, ya still have to rinse the brick (time/ gas) and there is the possibility of clean streaks even on brick that’s not obviously too dirty?!? Makes me worry a lil about call backs or a bad review. Btw, I do discuss expectations and… I did manage to upsell the brick in my case; it did make a visual difference. 👍 What’s your approach (cyb) in the case of a persistent customer who say “no to brick”?

I say something like “That’s a great question Nancy. My process looks a lot like giving your house a shower. By default everything gets cleaned. It would be like trying to take a shower without getting your knees wet.” I would probably try to find a reason to discount it 10%. While you are correct, it’s best to rinse the brick, we also know that brick doesn’t necessarily require rinsing if we don’t use surfactant. I absolutely get what you are saying.

Really appreciate your videos! When you are spraying the vinyl what is the soap you use for that. Is it just a different SH mix or something else?

I only downstream with SH. I never add surfactant.

Sorry, I'm still new to this. When cleaning the whole house, do you soak everything in the SH mixture and then rinse it all off? Don't the windows get stained from the SH, though?

The key is to not let them dry. Spray on, let it dwell, then rinse

i want an 8gpm machine just to do my house, and parents two houses. will i need a float tank to run the machine ? im not sure how many gpm our hose hookup will put out

You will definitely need a buffer tank with anything above a 4 GPM machine.
