So many haters here. It’s a beautiful house first off, best yet. You can definitely see the craftsmanship and high end materials. I’ve seen no outdoor space or at least not featured. Otherwise it’s beautiful. “Knobs” are very passé very 90’s 80’s or earlier design; dated. Door handles like shown paired with solid Narra doors are much modern and “now” especially in the US and Europe. Not sure if some of the commentators know what they are talking about. And with all honesty, your attire is just fine, millennial business casual although the bootie might not be appropriate for Philippine weather. Otherwise, how you are dressed is perfectly fine. Also I’ve seen many presenters, all are bakya. But not her, very young in the way she talks but it makes her relatable. Can’t tell you how many video I’ve stopped in the middle because of the presenter. Will not provide a description, but its opposite of how this presenter here in this vid! Again don’t listen to haters who pretend they know what they are talking about.

Knobs are also less ergonomic. Door handles are far better because anyone can use them. Just imagine, someone with Carpal Tunnel syndrome can't get in a room because can't use a door knob.

Yes. everyone cant deny the fact that this house was sophisticatedly done. But for a price of 70million???? It's too overpriced. you can do alot more for a 70million pesos better than this if you will just use it properly.overall. the house is okay. the pricing is not. But i understand that it is business. so we cant do anything about it hahaha!

Agree, that is why I clicked on the video. Stainless steel dirty kitchen and a "studio condo style main kitchen" is not my idea of state of the art. and at 70m, sorry but i dont think this will sell at that price.

It's a beautiful house. We used to pass by this house when going to Mt. Carmel. The exterior itself shows that it is a beautiful expensive house. 😅 Location-wise and material-wise -- justifiable price.

My family use to have a house in doña hema dy. Until my father died. we totally blew our chances of havin a great life because of his debt. His a gambler. I spend my childhood in this place until i was 15 yrs old. Its a great neighborhood. Now I live in parañaque.. I miss this place..

but this house is middle class people amenities😜so messy outdated nothing special on kitchen for common granite,small cabinet!Lagayan ng dish wash di automatic sterelized like TOTO kitchen technology system in japan!Sa halagang 70M hightech na lahat sa loob ng bahay if sa japan pati toilet first classs modern bath of Toto products and fascilities !naka set na sa mga ceilings ion system technology para ma refresh buong air sa loob ng house!May mga exhaust fan pati bathroom!!!Solar na roof!!master bed room nga lang mejo matino na bathroom sa bahay na ito kasama pa restroom!!Di dapat kasama ang toilet at bathroom sa dami ng space sa bahay na ito napunta sa wala!!walang wash room for laundry!!

that empty space near the extra/guest bedroom is for plants or to sun dry your clothes. it's popular in high end korean homes, although they make the room a bit bigger.

This is a house that's priced expensively. One of the reason is because its constructed of quality materials and good amenities. But in the end you presented it underwhelmingly because you're doing the tour passively that you're just not thorough enough. And because this is a video, it SHOULD be the one highlighting the details of the house as you explain. You dont have to be in the video all the time. Your voice could be just in the background. Instead its the camera thats just following you around thereby missing some important aspects of the things you want the house showcased. That's just unfortunate.

I just have one key ask if its not too much to request, can your publisher indicate the price of the unit/house underneath the lot & floor specs like this one, if its possible? : Floor Area: 548-560 SQM Gross Lot area: 250 SQM PhP XX,XXX,XXX or Php XX M I know its in the link provided (and more pictures too for us to view), I believe it's better for us viewers of your channel to immediately know how much the unit/house cost. Hope it can be considered. I don't mind about your attire as some westerners/easterners/ or even your locals had mentioned, and also your flaw/s in your presentation, and someone also suggested that you should be knowledgeable on some construction/architecture terms. To be honest I had my smile on all of them mentioned. For me, whatever I saw online and once become interested, I always make a call on the person, request for a schedule for a house visit/tour which is the best way to do it, if satisfied I say for ex...Mr. Bautista (MGR), kindly prepare the paperworks and call me once done thank you for your time. Why is it that architects in the Philippines never use curve and rounded designs? I feel that it would have a more artsy and homely vibe rather than a luxury 5 star hotel. I can remember growing up my lolas house always have these rounded arches and her staircase had the beautiful sculpted pillars. Maybe I just love the probinsya vibe type of house. I would love to see a hybrid probinsya/modern house. I think that Filipino art can be portrayed so much more in that concept rather than just using narra as wood material. Please, if you ever find a house like I describe feature! I have yet to see one! So many corners and straight edges! Dont get me wrong these houses are beautiful but I want to feel that it was designed by a Filipino. More homely rather than a hotel temporary stay feel.

Thank you for pointing out what’s that lovely door made of (Nara). The lever type door handle did it justice, very sleek. I love that granite tile accent at the facade, as well as the marble landing ( I hope it’s sealed well, since marble is very porous.

For close to $1.4 million dollars, I’d like a grand double door entrance. The kitchen sink has to have a grinder. This house is nice but not my type...I don’t like the maze-like layout. That’s a lot of cleaning with multiple floors. Nowadays more and more people are realizing simple living is the way to go. Hopefully someday real estate developers would create a community where homes are designed resembling old filipino bahay na bato but modernized...something unique yet characteristic of the Philippines. We don’t want a neighborhood carbon copy of just anywhere around the world.

Design wise it is a very beautiful and well thought house. I also like the materials used. Just by seeing on the video, I can say and I believe you that it is made from very good materials. I like the the idea of every room has its own walk-in closet and spacious. Bathrooms as well are well thought. However, the location is a bit of a downgrade. Hearing those cars passing by is a bit stressful especially in the morning or when you got home from work. Maybe the house is sound proofed, but every time you open the door, hearing those is a no-no. 70M is reasonable for the design and materials, but not for the location. Presentation wise is good. But hoping that you focus more on the house's features and less on you. The video always focuses too close on you.

Maybe Julia shld wear a dress as if she lives in this high end property instead of looking like a Site Supervisor in a construction and then practice the pitch learn some architectural and construction terminology like for the Blum systems the anti slam or soft closing is called Blum motion, in the cabinetry she could high light the corner kitchen because these are spaces which are very hard to reach so it ends up storing things that we dont necessarily use all the time perhaps things that we forget already but with the corner swing baskets or trays things are so conveniently accessible, no need to necessarily dwell on all the spaces but highlight the special construction for every particular space instead of saying its well built show it..show the difference of a high end property from a normal beautiful home.

The presentation improved but it's still kinda annoying. You keep on describing small details rather than show all parts of the house. We know it's built with good quality. No need to keep on repeating the same thing. I hope the cameraman focuses more on the house rather than the host
