this is my first time finishing your videos... probably coz before, it was more of an "international vibe" thing... very foreign range ang habol lalo na sa language... and now, i'm so amazed na you're frequently inserting tagalog which makes it more authentic... and ang vibe ninyo na ngayon is more of Pinoy na talaga... Kudos!!!!

I like the house, it looks simple but it's realky beautiful. Hindi sya nakakasawa and hindi rin sya nakakalito base sa interior but I was just a little off sa helper's quarter kasi the house and big so it means the ownee will be needing some help not just 1 person and may driver a but the helper's quarter is kind of small talaga e. I think 2-4 houses lang yung nakita ko pa so far na medyo may kalakihan (di talaga masikip) yung quarter for the helpers kasi they deserve din naman ng magandang environment to rest/relax after their work. All in All, I really like this house

Wonderful. I just don't understand the purpose of having large windows at toilet areas. Not a fan. I'm guessing there is an artificial light outside which is much brighter to make sure of the person's privacy inside while doing their business. But having bright lights outside at night calls for insects, more so that the area is very vegetated.

Who is the designer and architect?

I really like the style, location, the architectural designs of this modern house but the living room should be included with the dining room and kitchen. An open concept layout would have been a better choice. Also the stove counter location looks like an eye sore. It does not belong in that space. I think a big long counter with the stove and sink incorporated would have been a better idea. Overall the house is stunning.

Ganito talaga pangarap ko na bahay. I prefer surrounded by lots of trees and plants and the house looking sleek at the same time comfy.

😮We can all agree this house is beautiful and sits inside a cul-de-sac. Talking heads are fine but I need more descriptive information. For example…Price, Lot Area, Floor Area, Floor Level, Garage area, Bedrooms, Toilet and Bath, Powder room, Staff room, etc.. Thanks, Julia! For showing this house!❤

Gusto yung master bedroom may bathtub…over all maganda sya.

Would be nice if Julia could walk through these homes at least 1 time before going on camera to familiarize herself with the layout and design so we don't have to watch her figure out the features of the home every video. I suppose just basic preparation.
