@@sophiebradshaw6269 I believe it gives body weight exercises. Plus you can use stuff around your home as weights. But it asks what you have first to know how to build your workouts.

I’ve been using the morsia app for about 6 weeks now and I love it. Some exercises in there I’m not comfortable doing mostly because I’ve never done them and I get embarrassed but I’m getting there! I absolutely love deadlifting and squatting. Yesterday I hit 175lbs deadlift. Which is like how much I weigh so yeah.
