100% I work from home everyday and the quality of lifeeee... I finish at 5pm, close my laptop and get to do a lot of things! Before that I had to be 45 mins on the tube at least

They already do! However wfh is not always the best place to learn to do your job, you learn so much just listening to the random conversations around you in an office and asking for advice without having to book a zoom! A lot of younger workers are behind in their education and training from the Covid years. I think it encourages the lazier among us to backslide, stress is not always a bad thing. Also the lack of social interaction, pub nights, theatre nights, cinema nights is not very good for mental health.

Sure of course, I just have a broccoli setting on my air fryer and I put it in there and sprinkle over some onion and garlic seasoning (just from Sainsbury’s in the spices section) and then I usually put chilli flakes (again from spice section) and maybe some fresh chilli and it comes out crispy and yum!

Thanks so much, im really happy you’re enjoying the videos! Of course, its a very simple recipe, I buy one of those shop bought puff pastry pre-rolled sheets and I mix some tomato paste with pesto and spread it over the middle of the sheet then roast up some veggies in the air frier normally I do red onions, peppers and whole cherry tomatoes, then I put this mix on top of the base and bake in the oven per the instructions for the pastry and then mid way through cooking will add feta and some herbs etc like fennel seeds or oregano or an Italian herb mix! ❤️🙏

I went to Heriot watt university in Edinburgh! I’ve been in London since 2016 so a long time now, but feels like it’s gone so fast! Xx

To be honest not really, I do go to galleries and some tourist sort of areas but not really the London eye or to see Big Ben or anything much. There are so many little pockets to London like different neighbourhoods with new pop up restaurants and markets etc so I’d prefer those sorts of days out xx
