I'm so excited to show you this very realistic work week in my life. You'll get to see what it looks like to work as a personal chef. Spoiler alert: I wear a lot of different hats so this work week vlog is gonna give you a peek behind the curtain at that. We'll talk a bit about money and revenue streams, go on some lovely cozy NYC walks, and of course, I'm gonna do a little cooking with you. Let's Get into it.

I made a similar soup with a buttercup squash earlier this week. My mom shared a great tip to make pealing and cutting easier. Nuke it for a few minutes first. Just make sure you puncture the gourd into the center first. 👍🏼

You mentioned insomnia you could try :moringa oleifeira and methionine supplements 4x day and either following a low to moderate histamine/copper diet or using histamine block with your meals if the diet is too strict. When I look at you I see my brain. I suffered with insomnia my whole life. Copper toxicity and histamine issues are very common cause of this.

Hi Kandi! No client work over the weekend--I'm headed to my Uncle's house-- he's handling the majority of the cooking and he's a fabulous cook, so I'm looking forward to taking a load off! Happy Thanksgiving!
