to me, the whole point of being in the garden , is to commune with nature and breathe it in. I want to hear the gravel under my feet, the sound of birds and chickadees, the rustling of leaves, the sound and feel of the wind. I would find Audible in my ear distracting form the beauty of the garden ... but thats just me

What a lovely garden video. I can appreciate your hard work and the time that it takes to create this garden. I’m in Florida, gulf coast, trying to grow in sand. After years of work it’s finally coming together but water is still the problem. I have city water so I fill containers 24 hours in advance to let the water “age” and the plants are happier. We haven’t had enough rain but it seems to be coming. Thank you for sharing, may your gardening gloves have many holes in them! Mine do, that’s showing the work!

Thank you for the mesmerizing walk! everything is looking healthy and full. It has changed and filled out over time. I have been watching and your love of your garden. We are in a drought here in Iowa. I don't have to water to much, but we did start a new grassy area. Oh well they say no watering. We save the water from our dehumidifier . It handles my pots on the deck.This is sad for our farmers. The amount of plants you have is ...wow, Have a good 4th!! Joyce

This was so wonderful! I truly loved this tour of your gardens, and will watch again just to take notes! But this first time viewing I wanted to just enjoy it. ❤️ I was thoroughly blissed out until you got to the foxglove, and then it took a bittersweet turn for me. I was instantly reminded of walking on the hillside behind my grandparents' place with my Papa (who went to be with Jesus about 11 years ago) and seeing loads of foxglove that were just that shade of pink (fuchsia?). They were always there, every summer when we would go to visit them. Along with so many other lovely plants and flowers growing wild, but well tended by my Papa (he would weed and mow down the grass to keep things somewhat tidy so we could enjoy walks). I got a little misty and had to take a minute to reminisce and tell him how much I love and miss him. 😭 It was bittersweet indeed, but I thank you for that moment! He, too, would have LOVED this video! Thank you, Shaye and Stuart! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been fighting an allergic reaction to some bug that bit me on the neck and I had a horribly large welt...2 x 3 in ....now I have to take prednisone causing me to be so tired....sooooo...this morning I made some pour over coffee with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, half and half and I’m enjoying your lush garden.....just music is awesome although your videos are always about interesting subjects..... I found Marta Z, that’s the name of her site. She lives high up in an apartment complex in California where every Thursday she steps out onto her balcony and preforms a beautiful violin performance for her neighbors which she started during the Covid lockdown....she continues to their delight....so nice to see someone generously giving of her talent. There is good out there....enjoyable vlogs to rest our minds and encourage our souls....we just have to search....another is Green Renaissance.....encouraging videos that show us there’s a will there’s a way.. Thank you for all that you and your family do to produce calming, enlightening and enjoyable videos......😍
