If I remember correctly when I drove one basically spinning the cab puts it into “field mode” so technically your not supposed to drive it on the road on reverse drive as it changes operations setup because reverse drive you don’t have legal headlights or anything

I find it incredible Class make a Xerion with a reversing cab, cost to develop must be astronomical for a fairly niche market, I had always assumed most large tractors are towing machines with no front linkage and a lot with no rear linkage. Incredible attention to detail, canceling indicators when cab reversed. Bear in mind, on my sprinter, CarPlay gets confused if I use my phone before starting the engine.

I have an mbtrac reverse drive I must check the winkies on that when in reverse. 🤔 they have a great view of the lift in reverse too..

In America on the railroad when when we use bolts we use a cold chisel with a round point and smash a few threads. Hope that helps!

With what your doing with the indicators, it would also need the break lights and stuff to reverse also like a train does? Maybe it not meant to be on the road backwards?

I think i want a xerion now just as my daily driver. It is one amazing beast , plus everyone will get out my way ha ha. That steel plade would mince the chipper blades and drum probably . Thanks for another great vid.

If you open the old flasher circuit then the speed of the flash increases as on old element types the rate of resistance increases. They seem to be giving you a clue with the new technology but may not operate the flashers as it would require inverted operation of circuit and it’s responsibility’s.
