I think the brown at died because of some sort of disease from eating the maggots on the mom. The reason why the gray rat (the one you play as) is still alive is because the other rat attacked the gray rat before it could also eat. And the ending sequence with the mom is just in the gray rats head while it dies and snuggles and with the brown rat. Also great video keep up the good work :D

I think the gray rat was eating maggots and then the white rat eat some of the maggots and then the maggots inside the gray rats stomach are starting to eat them and then the white rat stayed. The gray rat was choking one of the maggots and died. Keep up the good work 😊

This is such a weird and disturbing game 😭 but like its so hard not to watch you play it! The plots sad and weird but when it turns to the game it doesn’t seem like it would be a disturbing game but it is!! Edit : and at the end doesn’t the alive rat like rip in half to get away from his dead brother or am I like 100% wrong I think that’s what happened though 😭

Im assuming that dead rat died to infection after it got attacked by the other sibling. As we see it scratching at the wound on its face in a scene afterwards. And the decomposition seems to be mostly around the head, where it was attacked.
