IM Nubairshah Shaikh has made a living out of playing the Caro Kann Defence. When he was young his coach IM Sharad Tilak had taught him the intricacies of the opening. He kept playing it over the years and became a master from the black side of this solid opening.
We had a pleasure of having Nubair in the ChessBase India studio and asked him to share his experience of playing the Caro Kann with black. Nubair shows us two of his wins with the black pieces against grandmasters and at the same time teaches us a secret weapon that can be highly useful in your games!
