I didn't understand how the top edge of the shirt became narrow enough. How did it become the same size as the altered tape? Based on what is shown, it's supposed to remain stretched out and way wider than the new tape.

Easily and simply ?? are you kidding .. easily would be like inserting elastic along the neckline. thanks .

This does not make any sense there must be a step missing bc I’ve some material left so there is gathering up of the neckline?? Rubbish and now I’ve ruined a t shirt!

This why you must not believe everything you watch in YT. This is one first mistake I made when I was just starting sewing. This method doesn't work! The shirt will look ridiculous.

I would have thought you would also altered the shoulder seam as clipped in the beginning.

12 см, нет искажения рисунка,,мне с со стажем 40 лет работы портным что то не вериться. Полоски около бейки должны уменьшить расстояние между собой, так как горловину стягивали, а они наоборот, расширяются . Не верю.

Это просто для профи !А для обычных людей нереально ,лучше не покупать вещи,которые нужно переделывать

Если я горловину отпорю - то можно кофту выбрасывать, так как фабрично сделано ни за что не получится

OMG I couldn’t believe it when I got this notification (I subscribe 😁) it’s exactly what I need right now cause 2days ago I bought a top but the neck is far to big and I need to alter it so it’s a lot smaller - and your video popped up 😂 talk about divine intervention 😂 thank you so much for sharing hun your a life saver xxxxx
