1'53" there's this list of 4 actions: -eat better (not sure what it means, though) -lose weight -exercise more -quit smoking Possibly a stupid question, but why on earth have my blood calcium tested to take action?

It's important to do the right things with regard to health, regardless of this test but when there is a reasonable cost test to evaluate progress, why not take the test? Better to know than not. If you don't measure, you can't manage.

Don't give your doctor too much power. Know what your eating and drinking and light exercise.
