Urgency is so underrated. If you have urgency to do something, you don't need any extra motivation or willpower to do it. It's urgent! This video shows you how to create this powerful force. It's really easy to do, but it's unintuitive because we ASSUME urgency is a pure derivative of desire.
Desire alone is not enough. We all know this and have experienced this. You can want something with all your being, and still behave differently.
I'm Stephen Guise, the author of five books that are read in more than 20 languages. I'm best known for writing Mini Habits, a worldwide bestselling book that kickstarted the small habits movement in 2013. Yes, it was written five years before that other book.

This is the first video I have seen of yours as I just found your books in the last week. It is nice to hear the praise and positive effect you have had on so many lives. Thanks for the video. It made me laugh but also reiterated what you wrote in the e-mail. My 12-year-old daughter watched it with me and thought it was funny. Then we watched another one you had done recently.

Breaking projects into smaller parts is helpful, but smaller doesn't necessarily make something "feel" urgent to the brain. That's my struggle.
