Uterus: is gravid, contains a gestational sac, the fetal pole is seen CRL 63.3 mm corresponds to 12 weeks 5 days +/- 5 days, and GS is measuring about 83.1 mm.
Embryonic Cardiac Activity (FHR=150/m) and movements are present and noted.
The decidual rim appears normal. No intrauterine collection is seen.
The cervical canal is clear. Myometrium appears uniform.
Both ovaries: Normal in size and echogenicity.
Cul-de-Sac: free of any fluid collection.

At close to 12 weeks and five days of growth, the embryo is in the main trimester of pregnancy.
Here are a few basic formative features during this period:
Size: The embryo is generally the size of a lime, roughly 2.13 inches (5.4 cm) long from crown to backside, and weighs about a portion of an ounce (14 grams).
Facial Elements: The baby has particular human qualities now, with eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
The eyes are situated on the sides of the head but will move to the front as the pregnancy advances.
Appendages: The hatchling's arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, and toes are full-grown.
The stomach-related framework begins to rehearse compression developments important for eating.
Normal pre-birth care can assist with checking the well-being and advancement of the embryo.
