I can definitely see it. Mouse's design reminds me of Ootsie and Bootsie, along with Porkchop from "Doug" (since Jim Jinkins created both "PB&J Otter" and "Doug").

Let's see... there's the first "Dexter's Laboratory" pilot (a.k.a. "Changes") due to its slapdash animation and the way it introduces Dexter, Dee-Dee and their mother, "Sledgehammer O'Possum: Out and About" due to Pat Ventura's trademark crazy designs and animation and sound design, along with Sledgehammer being a fun sadistic little character, O Ratz in "Rat in a Hot Tin Can" because of its' premise, voice-acting and animation, the Fat Cats in "Drip Dry Drips" due to its' voice acting, Startoons animation and some of the gags, Mina and the Count in "Interlude with a Vampire" due to Mark Hamill's performance and the artwork and music, the "Cow and Chicken" pilot "No Smoking" due to Charlie Adler's performance and David Feiss's wild animation, Jof in "Help?" due to its' story, the one-word line of dialogue and the European animation, "Wind-Up Wolf" due to it being a fun take on the "Three Little Pigs" story with a great titular character (based on a Tex Avery pitch, no less!), Godfrey and Zeek in "Lost Control" due to Rob Paulsen and Tom Kenny's voice work and the sewage treatment plant setting, "Buy One Get One Free" due to its' jazz soundtrack and "Ren & Stimpy"-inspired artwork, "Larry and Steve" due to it setting some foundation for "Family Guy" along with its' humorous gags and dialogue, and "Tales of Worm Paranoia" due to the Bob Clampett influence along with the Kennedy Cartoons and Carbunkle Cartoons animation and use of APM stock music.

@@ZakWolf You know what? Whoever the sound designer behind the Sledgehammer O’ Possum cartoons is, someone should give him or her a raise.

@@MrTimshellscherber, the first one, "Out and About", had the sound editing done at Three Rivers Editorial by Paul Douglas. While "What's Going On Back There?" had the sound editing done at Twenty-First Century Entertainment by Joel Valentine and his crew.

Yeah, especially since a revival season was produced in 2005. I could definitely see PBS Kids showing it during that time.

@@ZakWolfyeah, probably, but it is what it is, sometimes we have to just step back and appreciate a work of art. Plus, there was already a PBS show back then that I always thought as a kid was trying to be hip with “ The Lion King “ and that was “ Sagwa The Chinese Siamese Cat “
