감사합니다. 각재를 쪼갤때는 지나가는 나무가 톱날을 깨끗하게 감싸고 지나가기 때문에 나무를 단단히 잡고 지나가면 손이 톱날에 닿지 않는다는 것을 인지하고 조심해서 작업하고 있습니다. 앞으로 보는 분들이 마음 졸이시지 않도록 더 조심히 신중하게 하겠습니다!

@@carpentersonny bamboo is a great idea. I didn't think they were actually matchsticks. LOL They are just that size. It looks more delicate than bigger dowels. I haven't seen that before. Very nice.

Thank you so much! Oh I don't get what is Japanese saw but maybe 0.3mm thickness very tin saw right? I actually have plan to fix some of my old tools, and I will try to make a saw handle some day! Your request is accepted!!

@@carpentersonny I apologize, my mistake. I don't know very well but in Turkey, it is generally referred to as a Japanese saw. However, there are different types like Ryoba and Dozuki. Yes, they have very thin blades. I gess on this video you were using Dozuki for cutting at 9:29. Thank you very much. I am looking forward to it eagerly.😀

However All my working was local working during the time I stay that area. And it is not easy accepting your order for now. But if I open order someday, you have priority to order! @@carpentersonny Happy to hear back! Thank you. I am working on my 'plan' for similar cabinet that was in our cottage and is gone. I remember it and would love a similar, perhaps even better replacement. Just a small item with one maybe two little shelves inside. A mitered face frame perhaps 2&1/4" - 3" wide board with curved profile cross section. An inset mirror. Not big but a humble painted item of thinner wood of unknown tree species. A charming little box that hung on wall above an old style sink in a kitchen with a kerosene cook stove. Very basic. Like a momento the cabinet. It could be built of any wood. But a light weight wood such as Paulownia probably would be most appropriate. Little thin panel of wood support behind mirror to protect it in the door frame and hold it in. Maybe in a rabbet together? But I am getting ahead of myself here. I am gathering the hardware as I said previously and making my sketch and trying to recall it's measurements best I can. Please feel free to contact me anytime or I could send you my email address if you know the best way for me to do that. - John

Wood does not have to be select or defect free, as I hope to use a white oil base stain to finish it. The translucent whitewashed result should cover much and hide some natural uneven places.

안녕하세요. 제가 게을러서 이번에는 정말 단순하게 만들었는데 좋게 봐주셔서 너무 감사합니다. ㅠ 제가 쓰는 테이블쏘는 마루노꼬라고 불리우는 옛날 방식의 테이블쏘 입니다. 일본에서 많이 사용하던 구조인데 요즘 사람들은 많이 안 쓰죠. 이번 영상에서 단판을 쪼갤 때는 나무가 톱날을 감싸고 지나가기 때문에 그 나무를 손으로 단단히 감싸쥐고 지나가는 것이 오히려 안전합니다? ^^;; 영상 후반에 나오는 얇은 목심은 대나무 꼬치입니다. 마트에서 품질이 좋은 것을 찾으시면 정확하게 3mm 두께가 나올겁니다. 그럼 3mm 드릴비트로 구멍을 내고 박아 넣으면 아주 일이 수월합니다. 부재를 조립할 때 사용하는 본드가 매우 강력해서 저는 본드의 접합력을 믿는 편입니다. 그런데 나무의 절단면을 붙이는 경우에는 본드가 힘을 받지 못합니다. 목재의 절단면에 본드를 바르고 붙여 놓으면, 나중에 어떤 충격을 받았을때 결합 부위가 탁! 깨지듯 떨어져버릴 가능성이 있습니다. 그 얇은 대나무 못은 그 '탁'을 방지하는 역할 그 이상도 이하도 아닙니다. 저는 보통 동양대패를 선호합니다만 영상에 서양대패가 이쁘게 나와서 서양대패를 최근에 더 자주 쓰고 있습니다. 보통 넓은 면은 샌더기와 대패로 마무리 하는 경우가 반반이고, 얇은면은 대부분 대패로 마무리를 하는 편입니다. 앞에서 봤을때 가구의 대패로 깨끗하게 정리한전면이 이쁘거든요. ^^ 목심 잘라낸 자국은 보통 목심이 평평하게 잘려서 따로 정리를 안하는 경우도 많습니다. 살짝 튀어나온 경우에는 대패로 정리하기도 합니다. 흘러나온 본드는 보통 물티슈로 닦습니다. 감사합니다!
