I am in this position. I am out of home and in an abusive relationship. My partner is the father of my child and doesn't want to leave the house. Police can't help much because the abuse is physical and emotional, but there are not big enough scars that they can help me. The most they can do is put him out of the house for 4 days. If i report him he will kill me as soon as he comes back. I wanted to go back to my country and ask my family for help. They don't want me back and they say if i come back they will not open the door for me. As long as I stay here he has rights to see my son without my supervision, and i am afraid he would kidnap the boy from me. And my own mother tells me to stay put and only report "when enough evidence is there" meaning when I am bruised and battered another that it is obvious be is dangerous. Best is if i am so hurt i go to the hospital in an ambulance. And this is coming from my own mom. Lovely isn't it?

@@irenerandazzo4206 I hope you find a way to leave him and stay somewhere safe... do you have any friends who would be willing to help? Are there any shelters for women and kids in your area? Is there a way to document what he does like record him as evidence? Stay strong 💪
@irenerandazzo42063 жыл бұрын
@@user-tq9vs6fc9u i do not have friends. I am not allowed to. The pattern is this, i meet someone that could be a friend, as soon as he finds out he questions me about them, he forces me to bring him along on an outing with the person and then when we arrive home he always finds a flaw in this new friend that makes them unacceptable as friends for me and forces me to block them, cancel their numbers and never contact them again. Do i am alone here, doing chores and taking care of our 2 year old boy all day, trying to make everything so perfect that he doesn't find anything to be angry about. It rarely works. Yesterday i told him to wear a heavier jacket to go to work because it is really cold and i don't want him to get sick. He told me that it is not my problem, that i have to stop trying to control him and slapped me across the face. There are women shelters in the area, but they only take who can prove to be abused and the physical abuse is not so evident because he never leaves more then a few marks or bruises that could be caused by falling or something else. The emotional abuse and threatening are the worse. He bought a bottle of bleach to "wash his white shoes" he threatens me that he will spill it only eyes or force me to drink it. He says if i ever call the police as soon as he comes back home (the police cannot keep him out the house for more then 4 days) he will kill me, or maybe kill me before the police arrives even. He says if i ever manage to get out he will fight for visitation and kidnap my child as soon as they are alone and i will never see him again. He threatens the most horrible things and i believe he is capable of it. I know he is. His ex wife advised me that he sent her to the hospital 3 times and tried to choke her once, i didn't believe her. He said it wasn't true and at the time he seemed like the most perfect human being I had ever encountered. I just figured she was salty because he had a new relationship and she wanted him back, because he was so handsome and sweet. I loved him to pieces. He saved me from another abusive relationship and swore to protect me for the rest of my life. He proposed after 4 days together, married me after 4 months,and got me pregnant after a year. He got his green card and started slowly changing. He suffers from psychotic breaks and that is another problem that makes him even more dangerous. No one can help me. I just hope he gives me such a bad beating that i can be brought to the hospital in an ambulance so the police will have to arrest him and keep him away from me, and who knows? Maybe he can loose his stay permit and get deported because the family he got approved to stay for is the same family he is mistreating.

Greetings, I'm from Indonesia and a big fan of the video for "Tree Man". I feel blessed every time the video is uploaded because it provides a high moral lesson where in this era human morale is getting worse. People will be more concerned with themselves than others. The science of economics which says that humans are social creatures is no longer used today because what is now prevailing is: "humans are individualistic creatures". But watching each "Tree Man" video reopens people's minds to help others; because basically humans cannot live alone.

Another really great video Treeman, Kai Xin and everyone. The really sad part is, for some, this is reality. Sometimes the son sometimes the daughter. Although, I doubt it would be done as "open" as it is in this instance, but, instead would be done behind closed doors. To parents they are YOUR children treat them both equally, if not in the end you will loose all. The one getting the benefit will eventually see through it and then turn on you to protect their sibling. It may not be today or tomorrow or even this year, but, eventually they will and if that happens, nothing you say will be able to reverse or undo it.
