recipe and ingredients:
1 chicken carcass
Cut the outer phalanges of the wings and tail

Unwrap the chicken

200 g soft butter
3 garlic cloves

Fry the chicken covered for 10 minutes on each side

60 ml vegetable oil
40 ml lemon juice
50 grams of tomato sauce
20 grams of honey
mix everything well
Cover chicken with marinade
Parchment-lined baking sheet
Place the chicken
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C
1 kilo of potatoes
Cook until ready
2 onions cut into halves
Fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes
1 red pepper cut into strips
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Place boiled potatoes
Salt, pepper, paprika
Divide 1 broccoli into florets
Fry covered for 5 minutes
chop the spinach
Cook covered for another 15 minutes.
