Thank you due to health I didn’t have a choice I couldn’t continue as a hca, it’s just nice for them to be recognised everyone praise nurses n doctors but lots of other people work behind the scenes HCA or auxiliary staff they were known as but you have you physio staff phlebotomist it should be hospital nursing staff not nurses because that sounds like it’s only them that work hard. To the public it might sound petty but wording is the key. We are all cogs in a wheel that makes it work. So when you personally got a thank you from the patient or their families it was very moving because we knew we were doing our job right and to me patient care came before paperwork, yes essential but so was that personal touch.

We have mastered the art of holding our p for long hours😂😂😂
