Great video, my kid has a question As well, he said how do you perform an anterior lumbar corpectomy and then a posterior t4-pelvis with tlif and osteotomies?

You talked about pain during surgery, but aren't patients fully anesthetized and unconscious during spinal surgery?

I think it was just his way of saying they go under anesthesia, just in a way a kid would have a better shot of understanding
