The only thing scarier than knowing somethings wrong with your own body is a doctor telling you you’re fine.

I dont know if thats entirely true. Imagine yourself in the middle of a 1000 acre field that is flat and no trees or anything and you somehow stumble right on top of a grizzly bear. Imagine it standing over you and its drool is falling on you abd you can smell its horrible breathe and you just know whats about to happen. Thats scarier than a misdiagnosis.

I've been threw a lot with my health. All my life I've had random pain in my stomach and i threw up almost everyday. The doctors were clueless. Told me it was all in my head or i was pretending to be sick to get attention. I was finally diagnosed a few years ago. Since then I've had 11 internal bleeds. I have something called cyclic vomiting syndrome, peptic ulcer disease and failure to thrive. I had to wear a feeding tube for 3 years. They finally took 60% of my stomach because I had three ulcers that had perforated which was what was causing the internal bleeding. They took it to literally end I was dying if they hadn't done that surgery I wouldn't be here right now

Agree people ALWAYS need to be followed up. And I didint hear that the gp sounded his chest despite stating he had an infection . BEST gp I knew told me once IF patients visit you with symptoms 'THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON' ALWAYS , and that to me is common sense, doctors are supposed to be kind of medical detectives , as diagnosticians !! I'm only a nurse but after a few years you GET to recognise certain illnesses sometimes by just looking at the patient . It's fascinating but the body WILL ALWAYS TRY AND TELL YOU IF SOMETHING IS WRONG!!

Last year I took to tackling the mould in my house. Bleach and clilit bang mould remover. 2 hrs later I was on my kitchen floor after having a seizure!!
@user-lj1xh7le9u
@user-lj1xh7le9u Ай бұрын
That cillit bang on mould is deadly. We lived in a stone lodge house with just a wood burner for heating, we had wooden doors that were constantly getting mould. I swelled up every where and could hardly walk 5 steps without getting breathless. When I used the mould product with hot water I had a seizure and fell down and couldn't get up. I was in hospital for weeks on oxygen treatments etc. AWFUL SHIT.

Bleach is the worst thing to use on mold. It will help it grow and spread. I learned this the hard way.

The mold was my guess, also. Those down feathered duvets, pillows, etc, are so expensive & actually, IMO, aren't even comfortable. Anytime I've ever slept on feathered downs, the feathers poked me in my face , eyes, etc. They're so uncomfortable!!

It was the Mold and the bleach, he should’ve wore a mask.

Also bleach doesn't actually kill mold. Most bleach is in liquid form & has water in it. The bleach kills surface mold & the water seeps in and allows more mold to grow.

I wish peop,e would go to the hospital sooner rather than later and there are too many doctors who blame elusive symptoms on flu or a cold or a GI upset, someone i know has jyst been diagnos3d with acute lumphatic leukaemia and the doctor dismissed the symp5oms and blamed them on stress !!
