What an amazing 3 weeks you had here in the states! Beautiful scenery, stitching, and memories. My favorite part was your finish with Arlene!! Your interpretation of her design is so beautiful! What an amazing moment for you both! Thanks for sharing it with all of us :)

I was thinking about going, but when I learned that you and Emma were going to be there, I absolutely HAD to go. I'm so glad I did. I wish I had more time talking with you. It sounds like your had an amazing trip. I enjoyed seeing the needlework shops and your purchases. My daughter lives near the Manassas Battlefield and we walk there every time we visit. It snowed here in Montana while you were enjoying lovely fall weather in Virginia. Your stitching is beautiful and you stitch so fast. I enjoyed looking at all your future projects. Which new one will you choose? Happy Stitching!

What an awesome trip!!! Glad you had such a good time. It’s such a great group of people at Stitchfest. It definitely looked like a good time!! Loved seeing your purchases and lovelies, oooh la la! I’m sad I didn’t get to go and see you again, but don’t worry, I’m not moping or anything I swear 😂. Hopefully we can go to the same retreat again someday. I always enjoy your podcasts. Your stitching is beautiful and you always seem to have a lot of haul. Have you ever showed how you store your crafts. I would find that very interesting. Keep up your good works. Take care and may God bless you always.

So glad to catch up with you and get the US trip summary! My sister lived in the Arlington area for 8 years and I love In Stitches shop--they have a great fabric selection. LOVE Cedar Plank, its good for lots of project types. Hope you are feeling better and thansk for sharing your trip with us. Too bad you didn't spend any money--haha!!

So glad you had such a memorable trip. Someday I will get to that part of my country 😊. I do have colonial history in those areas on my family tree, but my family migrated west eventually. If you come back to the US to to west coast especially around Lake Tahoe, I hope to meet you! I would be interested in seeing your progress on the canvas work. I just started one of Arlene's beginner pieces and I love it. I show it on my IG @PlanKnitStitch. As always, thanks for sharing and happy stitching! 💙💙

Every time I hear your name I want to eat Danish cookies and chocolate because in our little Danish town of Solvang, CA, there is a shop called Ingeborg's! LOL! What a fantastic trip, and how lucky you are that you got to do it before all this mess. I was in all those places in 1976 with my parents and it brought back good memories. Do they still give out the weird molasses candy at Mount Vernon? I was just a little girl, so of course some day I would like to go back! Thank you for including the pictures and videos as you talked about the places instead of putting them all at the end. Much more enjoyable! xoxo

Hi Lori! SOrry to get back to you so late! The pumpkin is a Renato Parolin design. It's a series called Fleurs et Fruits and this was nr 9 in the series I think. xx

Yeah we have some wonderful LNS in Europe too :) check out JustKeepStitchin's latest videos where they share some of them. Not sure about the UK, but in NL and Belgium and Paris i know of some great shops
