I loved The Weight of Ink. You are right its about love in so many forms and so much more. I learned so much about Spinoza, I admired so many people in this book. It was a challenging but worthwhile read.

It was great to see what you've been up to and by the look of all your fabulous finishes, you've been busy! I like how you decorated with your work. It looks great! I'm sorry that it's been so hot. It's hard to be motivated to do anything when it's like that. The wall hanging finish was a great idea. It looks so good! You had me laughing when you said you bought the Sulky and couldn't remember what is was bought for. We have all done that. lol I've been doing a variety of stitching. Today, I'm starting All Through the Night's, A Sheltering Tree. It's the first time for me using a Valdani floss. This design uses one color of floss so that's been fun too. Take care and stitch on!

Hello my lovely friend!! I enjoyed seeing you and your projects again. Takapuna Beach made me gasp. I absolutely love the book I'm reading and highly recommend it. A Gentleman in Moscow. For me, it's the kind of book where you enjoy every page and are sad when it's over because you can't keep reading unless you start over.

Thank you for suggesting GoodReads I am using it and have been able to organize many books I’ve read. I only have to remember ALL of them 😊. But it’s a wonderful app. Love your stitching and your reviews about books and suggestions. Now I want to read “The weight of ink” 😃

Good to see you again Ingeborg. We all need a break from social media and just enjoy some down time for sure. I think I have too many flosstube channels so it’s hard to keep track of them all. lol! I enjoyed seeing your wips and all you did to your home! I think it must be the year for home improvements, we certainly seem to do something every month!! I can’t wait to start filling my home with FFO’s. Thanks for sharing those books. I want to read more & I love Carolyn’s flosstube and joined the FB group but never stop to sit and read. I always want to stitch! I do love books though. I guess I have too many hobbies!! I’m in the US Texas and the heat here was pretty bad in August but we are looking forward to the fall temps soon! I really want to start a flosstube but can never seem to get the time to just do it. I look forward to listening to your earlier ones and maybe figure out a good way to go about it. Enjoy your stitching.
