Mushroom Pie Recipe:
I used pre-made puff pastry
600g chestnut mushrooms
2 leeks, washed and finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried tarragon or handful fresh
3 tbsp plain flour
240ml white wine
480ml veg stock (use 1 stock cube)
1 can of coconut milk
150g sweetcorn
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

Thank you for your content. It brings a feeling of warmth and comfort but you really don’t have to apologise my lovely for having a bad day. There may be specific reasons for it, whatever they are I hope they are resolved soon, and even if there’s no specific reasons we all get those days don’t you worry! I do also feel nostalgic for England, in particular Bollington and the Cheshire Countryside. Living on Ynys Mon is wonderful, definitely feeling homesick. Great choice of book, lots of people I know gave up half way through, maybe comparing to the film, but don't give up! It's all written in letters. I loved it, and learned quite a bit about what the islanders went through during the war. And your own pie! The stuff of autumn xx

Dear Hannah, I'm from Croatia and new to this channel and I love it. As the English scenery is completely different than ours here on the Mediterranean, I really enjoy it. It's super cosy, relaxing, autumnal. Also, I've just read that book, The Guernsey society and it's a warm story but also really eye opening regarding how war affected that area. i cannot believe you have not seen p & p with keira knightley and matthew macfadyen. its absolutely my very favorite movie ever. i've seen every version of p & p since the 1940's and i love them all (even spoof of zombies) and i just always love lizzy and darcy. this is the most romantic of movies and when darcy comes walking across the field toward lizzy it is just beautiul. and i hope you got the version with the kiss. i heard the uk didn't get the kiss like we did her in the us...the kiss is so beauuuuuutiful !!! joe wright did a fantastic job. i love anything jane austen...in fact my last name is austen and it is spelled exactly so. what more could i hope for than my favorite author's name.

Your are a an influencer , living your life without mentioning what is going in Palestine is a shame on you !you have an audience and not using for the sake of humanity is a big big shame !
