Banana bread recipe:
3 large black bananas
60ml olive oil
100g coconut sugar
225g self-raising flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
50g chocolate chips or walnuts (optional)
'Healthier' hot chocolate recipe:
A mug of coconut milk
2 heaped tsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
Agave syrup to sweeten to taste

I am 49 and live in spain. I wish i had started Tretinoin at your age as it has made a big difference in 6 months. If you are in your 20's and 30's definitely start off with retinol and work up gradually. Xxx

God, I'm not alone! I love autumn and rain and have always thought there was something wrong with me. Lovely video as always, I did enjoy watching it near the fire. Regarding skin routine, I recently discovered that the best product ever is raw organic coconut oil. Maybe you should try 🙂
