Hello friends! My oh my what a stressful week this was!! In all honesty, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to pull off having a holiday launch coming up on this Saturday BUT the stars aligned and I must have gotten some extra help from our friends over at the North Pole because the products were delivered, the photos were taken, and our big holiday launch is in just a few days! It’s going to be this Saturday, November 11th at 11am ET!
This vlog I think is my longest one yet, so if you made it all the way through to the end, you deserve a medal or award, because it’s a long one! But I hope you enjoy it and thank you so very much for being here week after week watching my videos and leaving such sweet comments! I appreciate you!

Idea for one of your vlogmas videos- a look back over the last year- a compilation of your old studio & how it was set up, the building of your new one, moving in, making more room for new inventory, starting the ECD box, etc. So much has changed over the last year & it would be fun to see it all in a video or slideshow. Will the extra socks & notepads from the ECD box be in the stocking stuffers or grab bags? This launch is going to be EVERYTHING! The color scheme is a yes for me. The blankets, PJ’s, the penguins, the gingerbread man, the shirts, the plushie!!! Omg I need it. I am excited for all of it. Vlogmas: I'm hoping to open my own small business store (starting with stickers then expanding) next year. The main daunting thing for me is shipping. Do you ship internationally and how do you calculate/put together the shipping for that? Do you ship small items (like if someone ordered one bookmark) via snail mail or do you still provide a tracking label for it, even if the shipping might be more than the item itself?

Are you putting too much pressure on yourself by announcing a "launch" before your products arrive? Seems like you can run smoother if you "launch" after you know things have arrived. If something gets delayed have a "special announcement" when all the stragglers have finally arrived.
