I agree, though the extra seating is a nice option for the living room. I would have skipped the mirrors beneath the bar as well. I know open shelves are trendy, but I would have closed the open /mirrored shelving to make it look less busy.

She does that. Very often. She summed it up with the flooring: “I’ll just do what I want.”

I think it was edited to make it seem like she didn’t like the mint, but it was really the green leopard fabric she wasn’t sure about/didn’t like.

So you wouldn't have to deal with the actual color of the Book cover. ;-)

That's a reader's question, but these books are just décor props. If you really love books you'll never understand ;)

I understand that they want the pale, neutral colours but I always think it looks ridiculous and, being so impractical, is bad design.

@@jmjpmc yeah if you don't in the end say you like it you look stupid for paying for something you hate ,how many times have you bought something and regretted it? Would you tell an international audience that I paid for this but I hate it.I am willing to say that her condo doesn't look like that anymore that she has changed things.For television the client has to sign a contract with the television company but in the end gets minimal input into the design with just about all of these design shows especially when a certain episode is sponsored by a certain company they are required to use that product in the design whether the client wants it or not.I know if atleast two different shows that this is the case. The client wanted a certain faucet for the bathroom make over but the style wanted the sponser of the episode didn't carry it so she had go with something else and change it later.Another time it was an expensive light fixture.

@@sharontrujillo7793 Absolutely :) If you hire Sarah, you know what her style and taste are. You most likely agree to surrender to her expertise or you might as well hire someone else or do it yourself. I am sure there is lots of consultation, but the edits make for better drama!
