Is anyone else using a treadmill? I think I'll still do most of my walking outside, but it's definitely a game-changer!

If the treadmills been sitting for a while, might want to put lube under the belt to prevent the motor from burning out. Enjoy.

You can put up a shelf for your phone or laptop and watch KZfaq. For help with losing belly fat work on your gut health ie eating a good dollop of kimchi or sauerkraut daily.

I've been doing 2 miles first thing every morning for a few years now. Really loosens up the back before parking myself in front of the computer. A good investment.

To do 20K steps daily, you cannot say "it's rainy / windy / cold, so I'm not going". It needs to be done. I go rain or shine - though lateral rain is not fun. Get a set of waterproofs and get on with it. I am wondering how you are calculating steps. Be wary of trusting phones. If you are walking at 4km per hour then you are doing 5200 to 6000 steps per hour. Therefore, it is going to take well in excess of 3 hours to get to 20K steps - especially if you are sometimes doing 3kmph. If you want to solve this, just drive for 15 mins with the phone in your pocket. You can get oodles of steps in that way. Phones are not very accurate.

I don't like that upper part, too slanted ... makes it hard to safely park your Super Bock can ... hydration, very important, or so they say ... :D
