I went to the super famous bakery "Maruki Bakery" in Kyoto, Japan, which sells more than 1000 koppe bread sandwiches a day.
I photographed the wonderfully attractive workplace where the working staff rarely quit.
In addition to the deliciousness of bread, I felt that the overflowing energy and affection of the shop owners and staff attracted many customers.

時々行くパン屋さんの裏側が見れて嬉しいですね。いつ行っても戦場の様なパン屋さんです。並んで無いコッペパンサンドも材料があれば「ちょっと待ってね〜」と言って作ってくれますし。

amazing work, and the dedication of all the workers, all working as part of a team in a very small environment, the food looked delicious. Everyone knew their job and worked in tandem, and typical hard working japanese culture. these places of culinary history and heritage need to be protected and preserved forever.

Yes, this bakery makes various things, tasting sandwiches and bread 🍞; the shop is always busy with customers. I love their fried pork bun, potato salad bun, and hotdog 🌭 too!!!

お店の歴史を考えるとかなり昔に取得された番号だと思いますが、とてもかわいいですよね😉 コロナはまだ完全に収束してませんが、国内の動きは活発になりつつありますので、ぜひ来年は京都にお越しになり、このパン屋さんにも行ってみてください😊

お店の様子はスッカリ変わっていますが、相変わらず繁盛していますね。とても懐かしいです❗ 60年～50年前迄は毎日の様にお昼に買いに行っていた事がありました。それ以来は遠くに住んでいる事もあり年に一度位しか伺えません。あの窯から出したてのパンを久し振りに食べたくなりました。近々、出向きたいと思いましす。

お初です！3時から密着！という別の動画と一緒に拝見させていただきました。皆さん夜中や早朝から作業をされていて、体力勝負だなと思った反面、本当にパンが好きだからこそ続けられているのだなと思いました。このお店の方は忙しくてもとにかく明るくて、家の近くにあったら定期的に通いたくなってしまいますね！残念ながら関東なので滅多に行けないかもしれませんが、今度京都に行った時は是非寄って食べてみたいです。私もお惣菜パンと菓子パン両方好きなので家でも挑戦してみたいなと思いました！素敵な動画ありがとうございます🙇‍♀️ 🍞🥖🥯🥐🥪

Fascinating. Very small workspace, with staff being VERY close to the ovens, which seem to be in operation all the time. I'm thinking summertime, in Japan, it is quite warm. Bet the staff are exhausted at the end of the workday. Exemplary dedication to product and customers!

むかしは、こんなパン屋さんが必ず街の中にあったんだよなぁ。あれも欲しい、これも食べたい、なんて頼んでいるうちにとんでもない数になったりして。でも、しばらくご無沙汰して行ってみるとカーテンがかかっていて…大将が倒れたから閉店、なんてことを何回も味わってしまった。コロナ禍の中、感染防止に気を配りながらの営業は大変でしょうが、元気に続けてくださいね。それにしても京都か～、埼玉からじゃ遠いよなぁ。
