The first thing I've heard about Montenegro is their super tall younger generations. It is said the average height of the whole country is around 185cm, and the newer zoomers are even closed to 200cm!!! Some Balkan friends told me you may still feel like a midget if you are 200cm when you walk down Mentenegrin high schools or colleges.

One mistake was made in video. It was not the bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church who ruled, but the Montenegrin Orthodox Church, which was autocephalous and independent.

You just said that Nemanja conquered Duklja and that Serbs are cousins of Montenegrins?! First, Nemanja was born in Ribnica, near Podgorica in today's Montenegro, so he was from Duklja himself. Secondly, modern Montenegro consists of Herzegovina, the Littoral, 7 Hills (Брда - with tribes of Kuči, Vasojevići, Bjelopavlići, Rovčani, Moračani, Piperi and Bratonožići) and old Montenegro - 4 nahije, Crmnička, Riječka, Lješanska and Katunska. Constantine Porphyrogenitus in his work "De administrando imeperio" in the chapter "About Serbs and the lands in which they live" in Serbian countries cites Duklja, (Docela) Travunija, Zahumlje, Pagania, Raška and Bosnia. Montenegrins are not cousins of Serbs, we are Serbs.

Descending from a proud family with a montenegrin heritage, I always find it appaling if some foreigners speak up to lecture about our history. First and foremost, the Montenegrins are ethnic Serbs. They are not their 'cousins'. I know there's an effort to divide is and create something like a montenegrin ethnicity, but that's futile. A lie will always stay a lie. As for Njegoš who is mentioned here, je himself was proudly calling himself a montenegrin of serb blood. Please try not to spread that cheapish Propaganda, the Montenegrins were never called 'Mountain Serbs'. You could narrow it down however, like to a folk saying, "not all Serbs are Montenegrins, but all Montenegrins are Serbs".

You did get some questions wrong, when Montenegro was ruled by the prince bishops they weren’t Serbian orthodox, they were Montenegrin orthodox in 1500s Zeta, We had are own religion then. It’s the Serbs that lie and trick my people into thinking they were Serbian orthodox but we were actually first Montenegrin orthodox and we still are. Njegos didn’t want a unification with Serbia and Montenegro didn’t join the Serb croat sloven empire, we were forced and invaded by Serbs. Which was the Christmas war and sadly and brutality committed genocides killing more then 3000 innocent Montenegrins and burning 5000 of their homes.

In Montenegro was Montenegrin ortodox Church till 1920. You need to change that info. Duklja and Zeta were old Montenegrin countries. In 1920 we did not join Serbs, Serbs occupied Montenegro with help of French army. Montenegro was on wining side of the First World War.

Only CRNOJEVIĆI aren't Serbian, they are who gave Montenegro it's name Montenegro (Crna Gora) from Zeta, or at least made it official, and one of them (Ivan) who fount the Old Royal capital of Montenegro (Cetinje) from which the last dynasy Petrovići ruled the country and which is today one of most important cities for Montenegrins both historicaly and culturaly.

You do good job, only one thing is not true. Montenegro did not join to first Yugoslavia, he was ocupied by serbian army. And there was rebellion 1918, and Green ones was for king Nikola and for Montenegro. The white ones was opose to king in parlament. Serbia and France helped the white ones and they won. Last rebellions in Montenegro was captured in 1929...And that's why is communism was getting stronger in thag period.

When you made a video about Serbia, you even talked about Roman emperors before Slavs even came here. Why not mention Diocletian, who was from Doclea, old city near Podgorica, Montenegro? Also, when Slavs came and mixed with Illyrians, Doclea was Montenegrin first kingdom, not Serbian, as you mentioned in video about Serbia. You even talked about Serbian first king, who became one long after Doclean kings. Check your facts before making a video! Crnojevic dynasty was also Montenegrin, founded first printing house in southeastern europe. Our ancestors were free people (unlike all around us) fighting the Turks for 500 years. First uprising in WW2 in Europe... So many interesting things skipped... Edit: Also, after being one of the contries that won WW1, we were annexed by Serbia, supported by France (our allies!). The same Serbia we saved from Austro-Hungarians a year before! Christmas Uprising failed and we lost our country and our church was abolished.
