ブッセのシーンで、生地が、生クリームとカスタードと粉みたいなテロップ出てますが、あってますか？メレンゲと卵黄と粉かなぁと思ったのですが、生クリームとカスタードで作る方法…？

中のクリームの部分が生クリームとカスタードでできてるってことだと思います！ 生地はおそらくメレンゲと卵黄と粉で合ってると思いますよ☺️

すごく綺麗なケーキで、卵アレルギーだけど食べたくなりました笑 治ったら食べに行きたいです！！ 卵の黄身の色って、鶏が食べてるものの違いで、栄養価はあんまり変わらないと聞いたことがあるのですが、色で味は変わるんですか？
