ピエが傾くので絞り方習おうと思ってパリのマカロンテクニッククラスに参加したら講師はピエールヘルメスの職人さんでした。マカロナージュ…しませんでした‼︎ 色々教えて頂き前よりは綺麗で均等なピエのマカロンが作れるようになりました🤗綺麗で美味しそうなお菓子ばっかり… お店行ってみたいです💕
