A Tesla with a V8 LS Swap?!? (Rich Rebuilds @ SEMA)

Күн бұрынWhile at the SEMA show this year, we stumbled upon RichRebuilds and his 2015 Tesla Model S. Generally speaking, there isn't a ton of modifications you can do to a Tesla. The modifications you can do tend to be mostly cosmetic. Rich's Tesla is a different story and that's because he LS swapped it. It's really interesting to hear how this crazy car came to fruition and it's only going to get more ridiculous!

@@robotsix6268 No, it's forward thinking. This electric car silly crap doesn't work in areas that flood, snow, or basically anywhere outside of SoCal/Arizona short predictable commutes. Electric cars aren't new. They date to the 1900s.

This is fantastic! I just can't help thinking about the saying, "I built this pallet from a coffee table". The gas filler where the charge port was is exactly the opposite of what ICE to EV people do, which makes this perfect.

Bro...that is EXTREMELY DOPE! Seriously, my jaw was hanging open the entire time. I would've really liked to have seen either a LSA, LT4, or a LS9 with the TR6060 with the sequential. That being said, 426 HP in a Tesla would still be really fun.

wow that thing cleaned up really well, I was watching when they first fired the V8 and it looked terrible, but I guess all that work payed off in the end. I want to watch this thing turn some heads at the drag strip, or drift competitions :D
