i've watched some others like this channel on youtube but I always find that yours is more enjoyable. :D Maybe it's the set up but above everything its just you, you're lovely personality, and how much pride I see you take in your job. More so when I watch Ethan doing the same now and how he is so dilligent in improving just like you are, all of you are, in your profession. If I could I'd hire you but as I can't I'll just keep on supporting your channel in the way I can.

Yess! It has got to be that they seem to enjoy the before afters as much as we doo! ONE OF US LOL 😆 comes to mind. They have an outstanding ability working with all that equipment as well. Also thought i wish they could come clean my carpets and pick up some rugs but dang im in texas not an option but I use the upvote button as much as possible lol

Water damage is no joke. Even this small. The walls in that room need to be tested for wetness. And dried out or removed if necessary. If not it will cause mold to grow making it a health issue.

I would recommend getting a release of liability. The tiles are starting to delaminate and the carpet will follow after. It is category 3 water with Microbial contamination.

You should wear earplugs to protect your ears from the noise. You could become deaf at an early age when often exposed to loud sounds. Just a thought

I work in water mitigation and that carpet should have been removed and replaced but you guys do good work love the content!

Watching this and as you're using your new wand my 6 year old son goes "wow! That's so cool!! Can we buy one of those?! When I grow up I want to use that, it's so cool!" Told him those things are expensive and he just gave an "oh, man." Hahaha. Then the dirty water dump comes on and he says "ewww, it looks like my throw up" 😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Can’t just drain it out like you would at home. Businesses are held to a different standard when it comes to waste water. They probably have a process they have to go through to get rid of the water because it contains remnants of the commercial cleaning agents they use.

That dump definitely looked like rapid river water. Not too bad but we've seen worse. I can only imagine the smell though. Ugh! That rug though! I seriously thought that the yellow was from animal urine! Luckily I was wrong. Didn't stink for you guys. Pops!!!! So good to see him!!! But Miles... Handsome!!! No bloopers?! Another fine video! Question: with the centrifuge, why do you have the water go into a basin rather than directly into a drain? Is it just so you know when the water going through it finally gets clear?

To a sanidump/sanitary drain. Campgrounds have them for emptying the septic tanks of the camper/trailers, as an example.

Love watching your video’s. Amazing how you can make carpet that most people would just get rid off look like new again. Your front door is very dirty though and that don’t time with a cleaning company 😁 You probably don’t get many customers walking in, but you can only make a first impression once. How do you find the quality of the swivel wands? I’ve been wanting to buy one but I’ve heard horror stories from some old salts about them leaking pretty bad over time.
