They posted a picture on their facebook page, and they still seem to be active. Honestly, it could simply be a case that they're too busy to be able to get the vids done and some customers might not want their stuff broadcast. But based on all the videos up to this one, they were growing fast and seemed to be constantly at capacity, so I'm thinking its a time thing.

Wow! What a process. I was gearing up to drag our wool Pakistani front hall rug outside to attack it with our new pressure washer and I am now revisiting my decision. Now I understand why rug cleaning costs so much but alas, if you have wool or silk rugs that cost several thousand dollars, they are an investment and should be left to the professionals to be cleaned. Great work guys, and soooo polite and kind.
