This is the ultimate recipe for bonito that you can eat other than sashimi or tataki. And it goes surprisingly well with koya tofu. It's very easy to make! Just mix fried bonito and koya tofu with miso sauce. But it's really delicious! Please try it!
🔶Ingredients🔶 Serves 4

A little ginger
Sesame seeds
Potato starch
5g soy sauce
15g sugar
30g miso
10g sake

🍀Nutrition tips🍀
I mentioned iron in the video, but there are two types of iron: heme iron and non-heme iron. Heme iron is found mainly in animal foods, and non-heme iron is found in plant foods. And when it comes to ingesting iron, heme iron is absorbed 2 to 3 times more efficiently than non-heme iron. Non-heme iron is also easier to absorb when taken with vitamin C, citric acid, protein, etc. As the weather gets hotter, it's easier to get tired, so I hope this will be useful to you.
