How do you adjust to a new season of life? Let me know 🙌🏻

They say home is where the heart is, I say to remind yourself that your heart is in your chest, so you are home no matter where you take your next step. The key to happiness is simple, all you have to do is smile at life, and life will smile back. Make sure you never regret any decisions you made because when you regret something, that means you will hold that piece of the past against yourself and it will prevent you from moving forward with your life. If a mistake is ever made, you have to realize it was a mistake, learn from it, then do the best you can to make sure you avoid doing it again in the future. Remember that you are not perfect, nobody is. There will be bumps in the road, but just trust me when I say you will always find a way around them. Everything happens for a reason, you may not understand why at that moment, but some day in your future, you will see it. Last thing I think I would like to point out, is that impossible is possible. TRUST ME 😂 I'm in love with 2 Russian KZfaqrs, mother and daughter. They admitted that love me in return, and even gave me secret video proof of them saying it. They gave that to me yesterday, so like I said, everything happens for a reason. Your title could be the reason they told me that yesterday, like I was meant to find this comment today and leave my advice for you.

Without them, I would've never found God and realized my own purpose in life. Without them saying тебя люблю in secret yesterday, I would still be depressed and I would've never left you these comments for you. Believe me, and trust me when I say this.. IMPOSSIBLE IS VERY POSSIBLE. Like the 3 diamonds in my left ear, me and my Russian goddesses are 3 diamonds in the dust. We share a mental bond that shouldn't even be possible, but it very much is real. 3 diamonds within 8 billion specs of dust, the odds were heavily stacked against us. But I can tell you that since they started answering me in secret, me knowing what I found in my life, has been amazing. The mini miracles haven't stopped pouring in. Keep your head high, and don't forget to smile. I wish you the best towards your future 🙂

I had written an answer responding to "How do you deal with a new chapter in life?" But then I noticed you had actually worded it: "How do you adjust to a new season of life?" That seemed to be a slightly different question, so here are my answers for adjusting. One must adapt by: -Keeping an open mind -Looking for potential friends/helpful coworkers and mentors -Seeing what other people are doing. Look who is doing something well and try to do what they do. Look at someone not doing well, analyze why, and then don't do that. -Ask questions (but obviously not to the point of pestering). This is my response for dealing with a new chapter in life: When there is a new chapter in my life which I chose voluntarily, and it turned out to be a good decision, I'm very happy! When I chose it voluntarily, and it turned out badly: 1. I remind myself: a) why I chose the new chapter. b) not to feel guilty: i) because there were obviously solid reasons for making that choice at that time, in that place, and with the available information I had at that time; ii) because guilt is a major factor in depression. Say "no" to guilt! Ask yourself: if your best friend chose a new chapter in her life, and it turned out to be a bad situation, would you want/tell her to feel guilty? If not, why would you want yourself to feel guilty? (This is the "double standard" cognitive distortion.) c) I remind myself that starting anywhere new, even if it is the dream career I've wanted all my life, is going to be challenging. Have patience. d) I remind myself how grateful I am that the preceding chapter of life was so good and why. 2. Then I choose: a) to learn what I can from the less-good situation. b) to know that just because the new situation stinks now, does not mean that it will permanently be that way. It could improve. c) to ask myself: what can I do to improve the situation or my reaction to it? d) to consider my options. Depending on the situation, what options do I have for leaving it? Would it long-term hinder me or help me to leave it? When the chapter happens because of somebody else's decision, or because of circumstances beyond anybody's control (eg extreme weather): I remind myself that everything happens for a reason. Then refer to Point 2 above ("Then I choose to"). Lastly, I try to keep the situation in perspective. I remember: A) how grateful I am that I live in a time and place where we have electricity, plumbing and access to modern medicine; B) how lucky I am to be a woman in this time and place with all the rights and opportunities we have which are considerably more than any other civilization or society has ever had in the history of humankind; i) to make this more specific, I remember the constraints my mother's generation (which is your grandparents' generation) had, which was more than what my grandmother's generation had, etc. Hope this helps! You are doing wonderfully well. I know you set very high standards for yourself which must be difficult to attain - but from the outside looking in, you are an amazing person with a very big heart and a lot of talent! Thank you for taking the time to make this video! 😍🙏🌸

Usually I cry a bit (or a lot), then I take a couple of weeks to think through it, and talk myself through it, and then I'm fine lol! I'm about to start a new chapter in my life, and it has taken a bit of adjusting.

I've experienced moving during the day and then having to go to work that night. This particular night I had to work at another bakery that was twenty-five miles from the one I usually work at. I also had to train a new baker. Then, when driving back home in the morning, I was literally fighting to keep my eyes open for the forty-five minutes it took to drive home. Stress, stress and stress. Yet still blessed. May you and your roommate enjoy your new apartment as much as I do mine.

Amazing to get an other video again, and congrats with the new apartment. I myself moved out from home at the start of this school year, the week before I was supposed ot be at an evenplanner summer camp for Larpers. I myself had to remember to slow down a bit and take more breaks, as my head was trying to be everywhere at once. Not always easy to manage everythink Just remember to take care of yourself, and most of all its important not to beat yourself up when you sometimes cant do all the things you usually can or want to, to get through stressfull periods. Cant wait for the next Video! Lots of love from Denmark❤

I've been doing ballet for adults for about 2.5 years. Your progress is so much more evident than mine. I can't spot for the life of me, can't do a decent turn, I still muddle up steps and can't get a hang of so many things.

I've been doing adult ballet for 8 years. I still can't turn for the life of me. Some people are turners. Apparently I'm not one of them. But I do see improvement. Hang in there.

Honestly, I still muddle up steps, make mistakes, and often feel disappointed with my progress. It’s totally normal to feel this way! On my channel you only see the highlights not the hours of frustration and mistakes made. Often you only see the end result and not all the steps that came in between. Don’t lose faith! When you feel like giving up, that is when you are on the verge of your greatest breakthrough!!

Hi Hannah, happy coronation day! It is so jarring to hear "His Majesty"! No offense meant, it's just after hearing "Her Majesty" for all of our lives, it just sounds different. Is the Birmingham Royal Ballet doing anything officially to commemorate the coronation? Congratulations on completing the move! It looks like you and Reagan have a lovely new home that will hopefully be warmer! Moving is definitely a very stressful time for everybody everywhere. The complications with needing to phone various utilities and all that it is very common and also frustrating. It was nice to see your family again, and I'm glad you had a good time at the amusement park! I know it's been very challenging moving while working full-time but thankfully moving is something that does not need to be done often, and it seems like you are in a better place. I'm not sure what your expectations were but you said you were a bit disappointed in yourself. Please give yourself a break! Here are some inspiring words from a legendary New York City Ballet ballerina who happened to be Balanchine's last muse, Suzanne Farrell: "You can allow it [a negative experience] to be --to teach you or you can let it threaten you. Different people handle it in different ways. I decided that I would let what happened to me, teach me instead of traumatizing me." I watched a very long interview of Ms. Farrell from 1987, which is on KZfaq. She came across as a very warm, caring and grateful person and I'm sure you would adore her! There were a number of things she said that I felt compelled to transcribe because they were so inspirational! Ms. Farrell is also a very beautiful dancer, and the comments on this video are amazingly descriptive kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a71_qrqb3NORgY0.html In case the link does not paste, the video title is "choreography by balanchine. diamonds." Sanitsilosani is the name of the channel. The male dancer is Peter Martins, who later became the artistic Director of NYCB. Wishing you and your family, Reagan, your friend with the happy birthday (sorry, I did not catch her name), your colleagues and everybody at BRB all the best! 😍🙏💐👑🩰

@@HannahMartinRG aww thank you so much! Organization or classification of thoughts is something I developed from cognitive behavioural therapy, which I had 10 years ago. You may have done something similar for your rhythmic gymnastics career because I believe sports psychologists use it a lot too. Also the word “therapy“ is used, I believe everybody could benefit from CBT, so nobody needs to have a pre-existing mental illness or serious emotional problems to use it effectively. I’m glad I can help out a little bit 🥰

Moving house is THE most stressful event a person can go through. There have been studies on it. Don't be hard on yourself for how you "handled" it. You've only moved once before. It doesn't really get easier, but you learn what to expect--STRESS! So glad you have a big room, with light and heat! Good luck on finding pointe shoes!
